Shipping costs within Germany
- Flat rate of €5.00 per order (postage and packaging).
- Free shipping on orders of €150.00 or more – excluding weapons requiring purchase authorisation and ammunition (dangerous goods shipping).
Surcharges
- Weapons: identity-check service surcharge of €15.00 per weapon in addition to the shipping costs.
- Ammunition (dangerous goods 1.4S): identity-check service surcharge of €24.00 including 1 kg of freight weight, each additional kg €1.00, up to a maximum total weight of 50 kg.
- Island delivery of ammunition (dangerous goods 1.4S): an additional €45.00.
- Bulky goods (over 30 kg or 1.20 m in length or longer, marked on the item): an additional €25.00.
Surcharges are not credited even if items subject to a surcharge are returned and must be paid.
Shipping costs within the EU
€17.00 per 30 kg or part thereof. We do not ship weapons requiring purchase authorisation or ammunition (dangerous goods shipping) outside Germany. Deliveries abroad are only possible with payment in advance. Your country is not listed? Shipping carriers and drop shipping
We mainly ship with DHL and DPD and, in individual cases – for example for larger consignments or deliveries to other EU countries – also with GLS or Hermes. Some of our items are shipped directly to you by our suppliers and wholesalers on our behalf (drop shipping). An order may therefore reach you in several parcels from different senders and with different shipping carriers.
Collection in person at our place of business is possible by prior arrangement.
Items for persons aged 18 and over and weapons requiring purchase authorisation
We supply age-restricted items and weapons requiring purchase authorisation only to authorised persons. We ship them with identity and age verification (e.g. DHL age verification (Alterssichtprüfung) or Ident-Check): on handover, the delivery agent checks your identity card or passport. For items restricted to persons aged 18 and over, this does not incur any additional costs for you.
- Enter your first name and surname correctly – only you personally can accept the parcel.
- No delivery to Packstations, neighbours or safe-place drop-off locations.
- Not at home? The parcel will be held for 7 days at the post office for collection on presentation of ID, or you can arrange a new delivery date with the delivery agent.
If a consignment is returned to us because it could not be delivered (recipient not at home and no new delivery arranged, incorrect address or acceptance refused), we charge the shipping costs, including the surcharges for dangerous goods or special shipping, for both the outbound and return shipment. Delivery times
The delivery time is stated for each item. As a rule: items from our own stock 1–3 working days, items from our dealers 2–4 working days, firearms and items from suppliers in other EU countries 3–7 working days. For payment in advance, the delivery time starts on the day after your payment instruction. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we generally ship them together; in that case the longest delivery time applies.
If an item is marked "ORDERABLE" („BESTELLBAR“), we order it for you from the wholesaler or it is already on its way to us; the delivery time is stated for the item. If an item cannot be delivered, or only with a significantly longer waiting time, we will inform you immediately and, where possible, offer you an alternative or cancel the order.

Sustainable shipping
To avoid packaging waste, we reuse previously used shipping boxes in perfect condition where suitable. This has no effect on the condition or quality of the goods.
