How to get your discount
1. Create a customer account
Register in our shop – agencies with the address of the authority, employees with their private address. You can keep using an existing customer account.
2. Send your proof by e-mail
Send us the e-mail address of your customer account and your proof:
- Agencies: a short message from your official e-mail address or a letter on official letterhead
- Employees: a photo or scan of your service or military ID card – you may black out details we do not need (e.g. the ID number), name and authority must be legible
3. Activation
We check your proof promptly and let you know by e-mail. Once your account is activated, all prices are shown with the 5 % discount after logging in.

- The discount is applied automatically after logging in – no voucher code needed. All prices include VAT.

- Agencies pay conveniently on account with 30 days payment term.
- Employees buying privately can choose from all payment methods in our shop.
- For larger quantities or tenders we are happy to prepare an individual quote.
- Our regular shipping costs apply.
- Please note the delivery time shown on the product: items in stock are shipped immediately, other items are reordered for you.
E-invoicing: ZUGFeRD and XRechnung
For agencies we also issue electronic invoices as required by public-sector clients:
- ZUGFeRD: a familiar PDF invoice with embedded machine-readable invoice data (XML) – readable for people and for your accounting system
- XRechnung: the pure XML invoice following the standard for public-sector clients in Germany, with your Leitweg-ID (routing ID)
Simply send us your Leitweg-ID and, if available, your order or purchase reference – in the comment field of your order or by e-mail.
Weapons and ammunition
For weapons and ammunition requiring a licence we need valid proof of entitlement: from employees buying privately their own purchase authorisation (e.g. firearms ownership card or hunting licence), from agencies the official order or certificate of the authority. The discount for public authority employees is a voluntary service of X-Hunter without legal entitlement and applies only to orders in our online shop. We reserve the right to change the amount and conditions of the discount. Our terms and conditions apply.
