How your order works
1. Place your order
Please enter the recipient's first name and surname correctly in your order – otherwise the parcel cannot be handed over. Delivery to post offices, Packstations, neighbours or under a drop-off agreement is not possible.
2. Prove your age
Germany: you do not need to send us anything – the DHL courier checks your age on delivery.
Abroad: please send us a photo, a scan or a copy of your identity card (front and back) together with your name and order number.
3. Delivery
Within Germany we deliver with DHL age verification “to the addressee in person”: only the person aged 18 or over named in the delivery address receives the parcel – on presentation of their identity card or passport.
Good to know
Delivery within Germany
Sending a copy of your ID by email is not permitted for customers from Germany. We therefore ship with DHL age verification (Alterssichtprüfung) and personal delivery.
Within Germany, delivery is made exclusively “to the addressee in person”. Only the person named in the delivery address who is at least 18 years old can accept the parcel, on presentation of an identity card or passport.
If you are not present when the parcel is delivered, it will be deposited at the nearest post office and will be available there for 7 days for collection by the recipient in person. A valid identity document is also required for this.
Delivery abroad
For shipments outside Germany, please send us a photo, a scan or a copy of your identity card (front and back) by email to kontakt@x-hunter.de or by WhatsApp to +49 178 5092987. Always state your name and your order number.
Collection
If you collect your order by arrangement, please show us your identity card or passport.
