Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our customers payment options such as PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Klarna, Mollie, Unzer, Adyen, PAYONE, Nexi, Ratepay or Stripe, as these providers refuse to work with firearms dealers due to their internal business policies. Our hands are therefore tied in this respect.
We hope for your understanding and are, of course, happy to offer you the available alternative payment options: payment in advance (bank transfer) or easyCredit purchase on invoice and instalment payment.
These are the payment methods we offer. Which of them are available for your shopping basket is shown during checkout.
- Bank transfer (payment in advance): you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation by e-mail. The goods are shipped once payment has been received.
- Bank transfer with 2 % discount: as for payment in advance; not available for weapons requiring purchase authorisation, ammunition, vouchers and items that are already reduced.
- easyCredit instalment payment: order value €200–€10,000, term 2–60 months, first instalment no earlier than 30 days after delivery. More information
- easyCredit purchase on invoice: order value €50–€5,000, payment no earlier than 30 days after delivery. More information
- 25 % down payment: only for items that can be ordered but are not in stock. You first transfer 25 % of the total amount; we request the balance before dispatch. The goods are shipped once payment has been received in full.
- Cash on delivery (DHL): for customers with a customer account from their second order (after one fully completed order) or after individual approval; only for deliveries within Germany and up to a goods value of €3,000.00; not available for weapons requiring purchase authorisation or ammunition. In addition to the shipping costs, we charge a cash on delivery fee of €8.00 (incl. VAT). On delivery, DHL also charges a transfer fee of €2.00, which you pay to the courier together with the total amount on delivery. DHL accepts payment for a cash on delivery parcel in cash or by debit card (Girocard) at your door or at the branch.
- Purchase on invoice (for public authorities): only after we have enabled your customer account, e.g. for public authorities and public-sector buyers; invoice address in Germany only. You receive the invoice when your order is shipped and pay by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date. On request we issue an XRechnung e-invoice – please enter your Leitweg-ID in the order comment. To have your account enabled, just send us an e-mail.
easyCredit requires that you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), at least 18 years old and resident in Germany; for instalment payments, the necessary creditworthiness is also required. You can see which payment methods are available for your shopping basket during checkout. We do not offer PayPal or credit card payment.
