2019er Modell mit Stonewash-Finish

Cold Steels® Klappmesser der AK-47®-Serie haben den Maßstab für hochbeanspruchbare taktische Taschenmesser gesetzt. Diese robusten Taschenmesser erfreuen sich beim Militärpersonal und bei den Spezialkräften großer Beliebtheit und fanden bereits Verwendung in verschiedenen Krisengebieten überall auf der Welt. Als Cold Steel® anfing, an dem Design für ein neues, zur militärischen Nutzung geeignetes Mehrzweck-Feldmesser mit feststehender Klinge zu arbeiten, kamen sie immer wieder auf das AK-47® zurück.

Das AK-47® Feldmesser wurde von Andrew Demko entworfen und ist ungeheuer stabil. Es wurde aus Karbonstahl CPM 3V fachmännisch gefertigt und von der Spitze seiner kräftigen Clip-Point-Klinge mit Säbelschliff, über den Vollerl, bis hin zum Knauf mit einem Stonewash-Finish versehen. Das Ergebnis ist eine unfassbar widerstandsfähige Oberfläche.

2019er Modell - Das AK-47® Feldmesser mit Stonewash-Finish ersetzt das nicht mehr produzierte DLC-beschichtete Vorgängermodell CST-14AKVG.

Das AK-47® kommt mit einer vielseitig einsetzbaren Secure-Ex®-Scheide und ist der ideale Begleiter für das Militärpersonal von heute.

CPM 3V Stahl
Klingen aus amerikanischem Stahl CPM 3V kann man extrem feine Schneiden verleihen, welche zudem im höchsten Maße schartenresistent sind. Trotz seines nicht geringen Preises erfreute sich daher dieser Stahl in den letzten Jahren bei Messermachern zunehmender Beliebtheit. Dieser moderne Werkzeugstahl ist erstaunlich zäh und außerordentlich verschleißfest. Es handelt sich um einen feinkörnigen Pulverstahl. Mit seiner sehr einheitlichen Mikrostruktur bietet er erstklassige Resistenz bei Schlagwirkung und große Schneidhaltigkeit auch bei sehr feinen Schneiden. Es ist ein perfekter Stahl für größere Klingen, bei denen extreme Belastbarkeit erfordert wird.
